Shipping:
Orders to ship within 2 business days.
Estimated shipping time after the order has been completed:
Within the U.S.: 2-5 days
Canada: 2-3 weeks
International: 2-5 weeks
International Shipping Policy:
International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. Full retail value is listed on customs forms. First Class International is used for international shipping.
Original Doggie Duds is not responsible for damages or losses in transit, but please contact us in the event of loss or damage by the postal service.
Exchanges:
Please contact us within 24 hours regarding any concerns with your purchase, following the receipt of your order. We hope you will love your new item(s), and appreciate the opportunity to correct any issues you may be having.
Please note- We do not accept returns-only exchanges for sizing of the same product, (within 10 days of delivery) All items must be in new, unworn condition, with the original packaging. For Size Exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping as well as the cost of the new item to be shipped out. We will re-ship the preferred size, once we receive your exchange.
